Greetings from our Pastor,
Reverend Edward J. Neroda

Dear Parishioners and Visitors,

Now more than 100 years since the 1902 founding of St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish, we are continuing our efforts to be a family who embraces all. It was with much regret that we were unable to maintain a regular Polish Mass at our parish; however, we are still committed to honoring our Polish heritage. For instance, on the fourth and fifth Sundays of each month we get to enjoy the beautiful melodies of our Polish choir during the 10:30 a.m. Mass. In addition, we intend to maintain liturgical events such as Gorzkie Zale.

While St. Stanislaus Parish was founded by a group of Polish immigrants who were devoted to their Catholic faith and who desired to preserve their Polish culture and traditions, people of all nationalities have always been welcome and have found in our Parish a sense of belonging. We expect this to be enhanced now as we collaborate with St. Columba, which merged with St. Casimir since the Diocesan reconfiguration. As we maintain our Parish on Williamson Ave., we are excited about sharing resources when possible with our neighbors downtown and from the Northside.

Whether you are a parishioner of our parish or a guest to our website, we invite you to explore the pages and links before you to find out more about our history and current events. We hope to see you visit our parish on the Southside of Youngstown soon.

May God bless all of us!

Father Edward J. Neroda
